We offer Free, Standard, and Premium subscription tiers. Your subscription will automatically renew on the same date each month unless you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
AI Assistant may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach the Terms of Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and all associated data after a reasonable period following termination.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Assistant and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements we provide are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States for the resolution of any disputes.
AI Assistant reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
